hope

i close the door with the seed of a tree over the empty deep where tiny human hope is free. now a door of wood tree will guard and keep. i stand and put my arms into the tree and stretch out its branches and push out the leaf and invite the sparrow to be with me. from behind the door of the wood tree that keeps i call the sparrow to rest and touch the leaf. the heaviest weight is the empty tree. and more so the broken branch of where sparrows used to be. and shadows friend the longing of the lonely. long and thought a tree planted over the door of the deep keeps the birds out. the song of a sparrow falls gently. tiny human hopes inside the door remain. gentle sparrows never stay while tiny human hopes fade away. behind the door in the empty deep a tiny human hope waits for a singing sparrow tree.

i have some thoughts on things...

i like beginings

I enjoy life and ideas and thinking about things. I dream a lot. It will be fun to log a few thoughts and ideas here in a blog. I enjoy adventures and new things. I enjoy old things as well. I like what is simple and powerful and long lasting. I like simple things that are really complex when given a little more attention. such as myself;) I like giving a second look. twice. I tend to be better with a second look. There are things and moments that I enjoy taking my time with, such as special friends, food and drink over interesting conversations. kissing a pretty girl:) I'm a romantic or maybe just hopeless:) it's a little hidden these days. red doors seem to fade with exposure. So I have pretty much kept to myself. I do miss picking just the right flower or making a card. I like sitting next to someone I care about even if we are busy doing our own thing. Reading is much fun. silent or aloud. to someone. I like being read to as well. Books are fun and I have a small addiction to  magazines. The writing, business and design ones are my favorite. There are more thoughts that I will continue with in a little while... thanks for looking. feel free to comment or ask questions about whatever. mb.
